The Best Turkey Burger
1-2 lbs 99% extra lean ground turkey breast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup seasoned, whole wheat bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons worchestshire sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon dried parsley
salt & pepper to tast3
Directions:
Preheat grill or skillet.
Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix into turkey until just combined. Form into 4 patties and cook until heated through. Serve on whole wheat buns with fresh spring greens and tomatoes.
