I am reposting this recipe because I made it in the beginning of my blogging and it deserves a place of honor in the new WW section of the blog. It is a wonder anything so easy could be so delicious. In 2 nights I have made 2 meals that require 1 skillet and barely any effort. LOVE THIS!
This one comes out to 9 points and I would dare anyone to be able to tell. Add some cheese on top would be extra points...and feel free to add some green onions for a punch of color

I adore all of your southwestern casseroles. I can't say it enough--your taco bake is one of my all time favorite meals. And David's too!
